Our office and studio was originally the garage. Luckily, when the former owner (once, I might add, Ambasador  to Guatemala) converted it to an office he included a space that was perfect for the folks at Auralex Acoustics to help us turn into our audio booth.

Hollywood comes to Kirk's Studio

They called and asked me to submit an MP3 audition of the  announcer copy from "The Happening", a 2008 film written, co-produced and directed by M. Night Shyamalan and starring Mark Wahlberg and Zooey Deschanel. They liked my work and put the audio file recorded in my studio on Kirkwood Drive right into the Film.
